Download of mini statement to be made as PDF or Excel sent to the email id registered with the Bank

Customers are not charged for download of statement of accounts.

* Cumulative means interest will payout only at the time of maturity
* Non-Cumulative means interest will payout on the basis of selected interest frequency.

  4. Then Confirm and Submit

Under Accounts Module > Requests > Positive Pay Request

  1. Select Group Name and Account Number
  2. Enter Cheque Number, Payee Name, Cheque Date and Amount.
  3. Confirm and Submit

Under Accounts Module > Requests > Cheque Status

  1. Select Company Name and Account Number
  2. Select No. of Cheques
  3. Enter Cheque Number
  4. Confirm and Submit

Yes, can add any number of accounts as beneficiary irrespective of the account within the bank or of another bank .

  1. Select From Company
  2. Select From Account
  3. Select To Company
  4. Select To Account
  5. Enter Amount
  6. Enter Transfer Date
  7. Confirm and Submit

Yes, subject to the date of selection. The customer can opt for the same either in Pay Later or Repeat.

  • Under Pay Later, customer can initiate the request for debit transaction, for a specified amount, however on a later date as per customer’s request.
  • Under Repeat, customer can choose the number of transfers needed, frequency of transactions (Daily/ Fortnightly/ Half Yearly/ Quarterly/ Monthly) and customise the date of debit.

Yes, you can download the sample file from file upload screen
File name format is BULK_DDMMYY_ABC101
*DDMMYY should be Transaction Date

Yes, download the error file from file upload page

Even if there is an error in a single transaction detail, this shall not affect the other entries of bulk payments.

Yes, can include RTGS, NEFT, and Third-Party Transfer in Bulk Payments by selecting file type as Bulk Payment.
